CT Medical is a fully owned subsidiary of Clinical Technology Inc. and the on-site service organization we, our manufacturers, suppliers, and customers rely on.  Located in our Broadview Heights, Ohio headquarters, CT Medical employs two full-time technicians.  Chuck Rowland, manager of CT Medical, and a Certified BMET, leads what has become a very successful and important aspect of our business.

CT Medical performs preventative maintenance testing (PM’s), in-house repairs, on-site equipment installation services, daily equipment inventory, testing and trouble-shooting, FDA tracking, and a variety of day to day, as needed projects.  CT Medical is also a Regional and National Service Center for many companies within the Clinical Technology Inc. sphere of sales expertise.  Clinical Technology Inc. also out-sources service responsibilities to organizations set-up to handle "on-site" repairs on large pieces of equipment such as C-Arms and Procedure tables.  This added service allows us to keep our customers up and running, with as little equipment downtime as possible.  CT Medical offers an equipment loaner program which is managed by your local CTI sales representative.  Extended warranty programs are also available and should be strongly considered at the time of equipment purchase.
